What is Deep Hell?
You’re in this creepy place in the woods where bad things happen. People have gone missing for years, including your brother. It’s now up to you to discover what happened to him.
Your only clue? Some weird notes he left with coordinates. But you’re not alone out there. There’s something else out in the woods, and it messes with everyone who stays around too long.
There is no map, so there isn’t any hand-holding, simply put a com and your brother’s notes and memory. It confuses hell, and honestly, everything starts looking like everything else. You lose focus, you’re done.
The Tools You Have
Whoever or whatever it was, it went to great lengths to hide everything. Good thing you’ve got a metal detector to find the goodies buried and a shovel to dig them up. Sometimes, they’re good tools, and other times, they’re not. Be cautious, some things should not be dug up.
That biofield detector? It freaks out if something is nearby. Stay back. Getting too close means you now end up like the rest.
The Vibe & Gameplay
Straight up creepy atmosphere: you are on your own in the dark, dangerous hollows, just your wits. It is mechanics like flare guns and signal scanning. No map navigation. Survival horror is more about tension and thinking rather than just shooting stuff, then this one is worth checking out. Just don’t go too far outside.
